1.Project Background

The client planned to open a high-end flagship jewelry store in the heart of Singapore’s Marina Bay area. They required a store design that not only embodied luxury and exclusivity but also stood out in a competitive retail environment. The core requirement was to create an unforgettable visual centerpiece to attract high-net-worth clientele and perfectly complement the rare treasures on display.

2.Design Solution

The design team selected a highly sculptural, large-scale spiral crystal rod chandelier as the soul of the entire space. With its fluid, winding gold frame and countless cascading crystal rods, this chandelier simulates the dynamic beauty of flowing water. It is more than just a lighting fixture; it is a piece of art suspended in mid-air.

3.Implementation Details

①Luminous Core: The chandelier is positioned directly above the central circular island counter. Its warm, brilliant light, refracted through the crystals, precisely illuminates the jewelry display cases below, maximizing the fire and brilliance of the diamonds and gemstones.
②Color & Material Palette: To complement the splendor of gold and crystal, the walls are upholstered in deep teal velvet, creating a profound and noble backdrop. Polished marble floors and dark wood veneer showcases add a sense of stability to the space.
③Local Integration: Through massive arched floor-to-ceiling windows, customers can directly view the iconic Marina Bay Sands hotel, integrating the interior luxury with the bustling cityscape outside.

4.Project Outcome

The iconic chandelier successfully defined the spatial ambiance of the “Luminous Bay” boutique. It created an immersive luxury experience, allowing every customer who steps inside to feel the brand’s extraordinary style. The store has become one of the new luxury landmarks in the Singapore Marina Bay area.
