1.Design and Scale

The two chandeliers commissioned were of significant scale: one measuring 1.5 meter by 3.5 meters and the other spanning a massive 6 meters by 12 meters .
①Chandelier 1 (1.5m x 3.5m): This fixture features a dramatic, multi-tiered vertical cascade. As seen during the installation, the design is composed of numerous translucent glass elements shaped like flying birds, creating a striking upward movement.

②Chandelier 2 (6m x 12m): This expansive piece occupies a vast ceiling area. The design scatters various glass forms, primarily resembling flying birds or leaves, some of which incorporate gold accents, suspended at different heights to create a sprawling, light-filled overhead landscape.

2.Project Timeline and Preparation

Following the initial intent drawings provided by the client, we presented our own glass samples for confirmation of style and color. We then produced detailed product drawings based on the specific site dimensions provided by the client. To ensure perfection, small product samples were concurrently shipped for client confirmation during the drawing approval phase.
Given the client’s urgent timeline, we immediately entered production upon final sign-off, focusing on completing the high-quality product as quickly as possible.

3.Logistics and Packaging

Due to the size of the items and the urgent timeframe, the products had to be shipped via air freight. Recognizing the fragility of the glass art, product safety was paramount. Packaging utilized foam wrapping internally for protection, reinforced by sturdy, eco-friendly wooden crates externally. The shipments arrived safely at the destination.

4.Installation Challenge and Resolution

A unique logistical challenge arose on site: though the product arrived safely, immediate installation was not possible. Furthermore, the installation personnel originally scheduled for the project were unable to travel, having just been dispatched to another site. When the Qatari project unexpectedly commenced urgently, we had to mobilize and deploy an emergency installation team to Qatar.
Despite this unforeseen complication, the installation was executed with remarkable speed and professionalism. Although the team was initially dispatched to provide guidance, our two specialized personnel ultimately took full responsibility for the assembly, completing the entire project. They were assisted only by two staff members provided by the client’s company.
Thanks to the expertise and efficiency of our team, the assembly of both massive chandeliers was successfully finalized in just five days. This rapid turnaround demonstrated our ability to manage complex international logistics, respond effectively to personnel constraints, and deliver exceptional quality under severe time pressure.
