Located in the heart of Riyadh, this prestigious real estate sales gallery serves as the showroom for a new landmark development. The client required a statement lighting piece that would not only illuminate the vast central model area but also symbolize stability and prosperity. Tikanna Lighting was commissioned to design and manufacture a massive 4-meter square crystal chandelier that mimics the silhouette of a rolling mountain range.

The venue featured an impressive 8-meter high ceiling, which made standard-sized lighting fixtures look insignificant. The client needed a chandelier with substantial volume to fill the void. Furthermore, given the extreme weight of such a large glass fixture, the client expressed concerns about the ceiling’s load-bearing capacity and the complexity of installation in a finished interior.

To address the scale and safety requirements, Tikanna provided a comprehensive engineered solution:

Custom “Mountain” Design: We customized the internal crystal arrangement to form a 3D “Mountain Range” pattern. In Feng Shui and local symbolism, this represents “backing” and stability—perfect for a real estate developer.

Modular Frame System: We utilized a reinforced 304 Stainless Steel frame divided into modular sections. This reduced the individual weight for lifting and simplified the on-site assembly.

High-Transmission Glass: Instead of standard glass, we used high-transparency glass rods that capture the 3000K warm light, creating a golden, shimmering effect that resonates with the local preference for luxury.

4.결과

The chandelier now hangs as the crown jewel of the sales gallery. The “Mountain” effect is clearly visible from the mezzanine level, providing a breathtaking view for VIP clients. The modular design allowed the local installation team to complete the project in just 2 days, significantly ahead of the opening schedule.
