1.프로젝트 개요

This project involved the design and customization of a luxurious oval chandelier for a high-end jewelry store in Qatar [Query, 1, 2]. The final dimensions of the fixture were 2800mm (L) x 1000mm (W) x 450mm (H). It was meticulously constructed using a Stainless Steel frame and high-quality Chinese K9 Crystal, finished in Gold. The design process began with the client’s hand-drawn sketch and was finalized after confirming the shape in our engineering drawings . The installed piece is perfectly centered within the distinctive gold mirror triangle structure of the ceiling.

2.도전

Transporting such a large (2.8 meters long), custom fixture made of dense Stainless Steel and K9 Crystal presented significant logistical hurdles. Due to the size, air freight was highly inconvenient, requiring the fixture to be disassembled into multiple parts for shipment . This disassembly created three main quality concerns:

① Visible Seams: Ensuring the Gold finished Stainless Steel structure would not show any visible seams after splicing.
②Structural Integrity: Mitigating the risk of the 2800mm structure sagging or dropping under the weight of the crystals after suspension.
③Logistics Quality: Ensuring that despite large, complex packaging required for air freight, the product would arrive without any damage or surface scratches.

3.Tikanna Lighting Solution

Tikanna Lighting leveraged its inherent specialized design and technical expertise to address these challenges . Our team applied a strategy combining expert design optimization and rigorous engineering .

①Seamless Assembly Design: Our designers formulated an ingenious, invisible splicing technique that eliminated visible joints, resolving the aesthetic concern .
②Structural Precision: Our master craftsmen used precise calculations to engineer the Stainless Steel internal support system . This solved the critical issue of the 2800mm structure sagging post-installation .
③Ease of Installation: We created exceptionally clear assembly drawings, which enabled even a person completely unfamiliar with lighting fixtures to assemble the complex piece very easily . The entire on-site assembly process took only 2 days .

4.결과

The final installation of the oval crystal chandelier was a spectacular success, perfectly complementing the jewelry store’s luxurious atmosphere.
